Possible Error Codes:
AADSTS50020
Resolution:
Quit all Microsoft Apps.
Run the Microsoft License Removal Tool.
Delete the following files from /Library/LaunchDaemons:
- com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.helper.plist)
- com.microsoft.autoupdate.helper.plist
- com.microsoft.onedriveupdaterdaemon.plist
Delete the following files from /Library/LaunchAgents:
- com.microsoft.update.agent.plist
Delete the following files from /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools:
- com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.helper
- com.microsoft.autoupdate.helper
Delete the following files from /Library/Preferences:
- com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.plist
Delete Microsoft related files (com.microsoft.*) from the following directory:
- ~/Library/Application Support
- ~/Library/Caches
- ~/Library/Containers
- ~/Library/Preferences
Delete all folders from the following directory starting with UBF:
- ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF*
Delete all entries in Apple Keychain related to Microsoft.
Restart Mac.
Open any Office Apps and proceed with login.
